The James Cook Arcade links Lambton Quay (opposite Grey St) to the James Cook Hotel on The Terrace. Access to the Mini Tower is via a newly rebuilt lift at the back of the arcade on the right. Access to the James Cook Arcade is either via Lambton Quay or from The Terrace, via the James Cook Hotel.

PRICES

Prices range from $55 (45min Bach Remedies consultation) to $97.50 (1 hour 20 min Kinesiology session).

Massage $70 - $82 per hour
Kinesiology $97.50 for 1 hour 20 minutes
Ortho-Bionomy $70 - $82 per hour
Bowen Technique $82 per hour
Rolfing $75 per hour
Acupuncture $80 (1st visit), $60 subsequent visits
Bach Remedies Consultation $55 (45 minutes)

Gift Vouchers are available.

Payment options are cash, cheque or eft-pos (some therapists do not accept eftpos) 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy - which means that as a condition of booking your appointment you need to give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment - otherwise we will request that you pay for the missed appointment. We book in your appointment time just for you - and in doing so we forego the possibility of booking anyone else in at that time.  Late cancellation of your appointment i.e. with less than 24 hours notice - leaves us little time to book someone else into that time slot - resulting in a loss of income for us (for the amount normally charged for your session).  Because we are self employed, such losses of income make it difficult for us to stay in business.  Thank you - we appreciate your co-operation and consideration.
